60 DAYS IN SHENZHEN, JUNE 21 – AUGUST 20, 2008

240 6in digital prints mounted on circular acrylic

An image of the sky in Shenzhen, SE China, was photographed  every 6 hours: 6am, noon, 6pm and midnight for 60 days (the length of my residency at the Shenzhen Institute of Fine Art in southeast PRC).  The resulting 240 images were each cropped to a circle, mounted on 1/4in plexi-glass and hung 1in off the wall. Each vertical represents one day.
